Terms of Service

Welcome to Idolverse! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile video game Idolverse (the "Game"), developed and operated by Exotic Agency d.o.o. ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or play the Game.

1. Eligibility and Guest Play

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age in your country) to play this Game. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

  • No Account Creation: The Game allows you to play as a guest without creating an account. Your game progress, virtual items, and purchase history are tied directly to your specific mobile device or your third-party platform identifier (e.g., Google Play Games ID). If you delete the Game or lose access to your device, your data may be permanently lost.
     

2. License and Intellectual Property

  • Limited License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, and limited license to download, install, and play the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

  • Ownership: Exotic Agency d.o.o. retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Game, including all code, graphics, map designs, audio, game mechanics, and visual assets. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by downloading or playing the Game.
     

3. Virtual Items and In-App Purchases (IAP)

  • Virtual Goods: The Game may include virtual items, weapon cosmetics, currencies, or random-chance reward mechanics (gacha) available for purchase using real-world currency via Unity In-App Purchases.

  • License Only: Virtual items and currencies are licensed, not sold. You have no property or ownership rights in these items. They have no monetary cash value and cannot be redeemed, traded, or sold for real-world currency or physical goods outside of the Game.

  • No Refunds: All In-App Purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the refund policies of the platform provider (Google Play).

  • Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to regulate, modify, control, or eliminate virtual items and pricing tiers at any time without liability to you.
     

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while playing the Game:

  • Cheating, exploiting bugs, using automation software (bots), hacks, or mods designed to modify the Game experience.

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of the Game.

  • Disrupting or overloading the game servers or networks used to support the Game infrastructure.

  • Attempting to trade or sell your in-game items, unlocks, or device access for real-world currency.
     

5. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Game, or revoke your access to the Game, at any time and for any reason (including violating these Terms) without prior notice or liability to you. Upon termination, the limited license granted to you will immediately cease, and you must delete the Game from your device.
 

6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

  • "As-Is" Basis: The Game is provided to you on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Exotic Agency d.o.o. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or game progress, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Game.
     

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where Exotic Agency d.o.o. is registered (Slovenia), without regard to its conflict of law principles.
